Reservations:

To confirm your reservation a bank deposit or electronic transfer covering 50% of your total stay is requiered. Remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival in cash. To qualify for refund, all cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival date and will incurr in a $400.00 (MXN) cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled within 10 days from date of arrival, a refund will be issued only if cancelled room is occupied by another guest on same date of cancelled reservation. On failure to arrive on the date of your reservation, you will be charged for full nights stay. No refund will be issued and reservation for subsequent nights will be automatically cancelled.
